I will be giving Qigong classes, basically with Shibashi and Fragrant Qigong as the main focus, for 6 one-hour sessions on Wednesdays, beginning 5 November 2014 from 4.30 pm (to 5.30).

Sessions will be in the Project Me studios at 84 Park Road, Crouch End.

Cost is £8 per session of £45 if you sign up for all 6 sessions.

As a first post on this blog, let me say that I hope there are enough potential Qigong and Taiji practitioners out there in N8 who welcome the opportunity to make a contribution to local life by adding information and insights here, for the benefit of others.

I'll be adding a little in the way of design and a variety of areas that you can contribute to or simply enjoy. This will not happen quickly, as I like to take my time.
